Dear customers, if you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 48 hours prior to your booking.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost.

Please be mindful of this policy when booking and if you cannot make it, no stress, let us know asap or ask a loved one to take your place = win win!
